Chase: what is your job and describe
Justin Ballard: I work as a contractor. this job is basically renovating peoples houses or properties. Say if you wanted different cabinets, then i would arrange when everything will happen and i will install it for you.
Chase: Could you describe one of your typical workdays for me?
Justin Ballard: one typical work day is mainly just sorting through papers and meeting with people to renovate or replace some appliances or house items.
Chase: What advice do you wish someone gave you when you first started?
Justin Ballard: Tell someone who first starts at this job to get done with a project as fast a possible. I think this because the sooner you finish the sooner you will start another. This job ultimately requires effort.
Chase: What influenced you to take this job?
Justin Ballard: Well, when I was younger I always helped my dad with renovating our house and as I grew up I stuck with it.
Chase: What is challenging about this job?
Justin Ballard: The most difficult part of this job is probably keeping everything in order. Also getting everything done on time is pretty difficult with big projects.
As we read this book it got more and more boring because theres no action. Id prefer the type of books that are action packed instead of boring and slow. All this book is about is a bad acting kid who goes to a creative academy to make him act better. This topic is not my bread and butter.
With reading the first few chapters of the book I don’t look forward to reading this book. This book doesn’t interest me. It is not my type of book or author that I lean towards. The types of books that interest me are action packed and not boring. But this book is the opposite. I found it very boring, especially when it it talked about eating cereal which drew me away. The beginning of the book wasn’t really an interesting start. It’s only about how a troubled kid moves from school to school and about mini wheats.
Passion is purely curiosity. Curiosity is what drives us to do great things. When we get curious about something you want to know as much as you can about the subject and complete the goal you long to accomplish. Passion relates to genius hour because if you have a strong passion for something you would want to it. Also creativity plays a very important role within genius hour. You have to be curious and creative to accomplish your dreams.
